Warranty Information

All of products sold at Vinyl-Warehouse.com are backed by Lifetime Product Warranties. Please click on the actual warranty documents below and read for yourself. There are no games here. We represent the product and warranties exactly as specified by their respective manufacturers. When your order is placed and ready to ship, all appropriate warranty information will be included to ship with the product. When the product arrives with the warranty forms, it is your sole responsibility to fill them out, and send them directly to the manufacturer to validate.
Vinyl-Warehouse.com assumes no liability if your product is not properly warranted due to missing or incomplete information provided to the manufacturer by you.

Gates:
Gates when properly hung may require a simple minor adjustment occasionally, but improper installation, misuse or abuse may cause a gate to not function properly, or at all. Every Gate is professionally hand made and inspected before shipping from the manufacturer. If a gate is found to be defective upon arrival, it must be noted on the motor freight carrier’s (shipper) Bill of Lading. Failure to note the damaged product on the Bill of Lading will forfeit any right to a no-cost replacement.

Solar Post Caps:
Solar Post Caps should be checked for proper operation immediately upon arrival. This is a very simple test which involves removing the plastic tab allowing the batteries to connect and power the light; then simply place your hand over the solar panel to test. Our Solar Post Caps are powered by rechargeable AA batteries, but must receive enough sunlight to properly charge the batteries for proper operation. Non lighting Solar Post Caps typically are the result of dead batteries, caused by not enough sunlight or charge time. For customers in the northern states, it is recommended that you remove the batteries from Solar Post Caps during the winter months, and place them in storage.
